Pricing FAQ
When do I get charged?
Our pricing is based on usage. For Security Education, you will be charged when a user completes their first course. Continuous Learning is charged on a monthly basis for each user enabled. No upfront costs, no monthly minimums. If someone starts training but doesn't finish, you don't pay for that user.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any unique individual who completes at least one course during the annual period. If the same person completes multiple courses, they still count as one user.
Can I upgrade from Security Education to Continuous Learning?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll simply pay the difference for your active users. There's no penalty or complex migration process.
What's included in the consulting services?
Our consulting covers custom course development, security program assessments, policy review, and tailored training strategies. It's available to customers on any plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for annual payments on larger accounts.
